LETT

Switch from Hevy to Lett and bring your whole workout history

Lett reads the CSV export from Hevy. All your workouts, with exercises, sets, reps and weight, come along. It is free, takes a few minutes, and you see what will be added before anything is saved.

How to move your log from Hevy

  1. Export from Hevy

Open the settings in Hevy and choose to export your data. You get a CSV file (usually workouts.csv), often by e-mail. Save it on your phone or computer.

  2. Open Lett

Create a free account, or try it without one. Lett runs in the browser and installs like an app.

  3. Import the file

Go to Settings → Import data and pick the CSV file. Lett shows how many workouts are new before you confirm.

What comes along

What does not come along

Routines, body weight and photos are not in the CSV file from Hevy. Routines take a couple of minutes to recreate in Lett, and body weight is logged under Progress.

Why Lett

Common questions

Does importing cost anything?

No. Importing is free, both from Hevy and from a Lett backup.

Can I import more than once?

Yes. Workouts that are already in Lett are skipped, so you can run the import again after a new export.

My weights are in pounds

The Hevy file says whether it is in kg or pounds, and Lett converts.

What if an exercise does not exist in Lett?

It is added as your own exercise with the same name, and the history follows.

Can I try without an account?

Yes. Choose "Try without an account" and your data stays on your device until you decide to save it to an account.
